He had diagnosed my shoulder injury for which he did a thorough examination during our appointment. He doesn't rush - and I feel that he cares for his patients. I was referred to Mr Ghosh by another Consultant who I was informed undertook half knee replacements that I had been advised I should consider having. Mr Ghosh confirmed this would be the best option, showed me my MRI and the damage to my knee and that he was happy to perform the operation. This was scheduled for just 3 weeks later. I received a detailed explanation of what the operation entailed and the possible issues that may arise. I met with Mr Ghosh both pre op and after it had been performed and then again 6 weeks later. He gave me very good advice concerning post operative physiotherapy and that my recovery was very much in my own hands. I'm very please to say I have made a rapid recovery. I considered I was in expert hands throughout and very pleased with the outcome.

Gentle professional good bedside manner

Mr Sood was extremely understanding of my concerns regarding a knee replacement, being the 2nd knee (the 1st knee wasn't a total success, by a different surgeon) and the whole procedure went much better than I expected. 8 weeks post op, and I'm hardly aware I had the procedure, the knee mobility is fine and is virtually pain free 😊.

After nearly a year of extreme pain in both feet, Mr Pinak arranged for me to have an MRI scan - pin pointed the cause and thankfully is leading me to recovery. I’m very grateful.
