I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. All staff members showed excellent customer service and came across as having a genuine care for me during my visit.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.
