I was very keen to see Dr Jenkins after experiencing a period of illness and fatigue that no other doctors were seemingly able to help me any further with. On top of my thyroid condition, I have had had chronic fatigue that wasn’t improving with medication. Dr Jenkins took the time to listen to my full medical history, asking me questions others had not and clearly trying to get to the root of the problem. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and made me feel heard and understood. I’ve spent years feeling as though there was nothing that could be done to improve the situation and that I was at times imagining how bad it was due to feedback I was getting. His thorough testing uncovered the cause of the chronic fatigue and we were able to treat it. I am in a far better state of health than I ever have been and feel ‘normal’ in a way I haven’t for many many years. Very grateful to have found Dr Jenkins. His team has also been incredibly helpful and I’m very grateful to Dr Jenkins and his team for everything.

Professor Lobo has helped me more in one appointment that any other doctors have in my whole life. He is one of the few doctors that understands a very complex illness and provides incredibly useful information for the patient to understand it and improve. Dr Missouris has been absolutely amazing, he is one of those rare gems that you don't need to explain too much with, as he fully understands his field and is able to thoroughly investigate the cause of the issue. I have been with many Drs from different departments and by far Dr Missouris has been the best. You don't need to explain too much or go into great detail in order for him to understand. His experience speaks for itself and it has been an absolute pleasure being his patient. Thank you Dr for all your support and everything you did for me. Being of a different ethnicity one tends to feel prejudiced against but you made me feel comfortable and were professional throughout.
