Very friendly and helpful

I was amazed at the welcome by reception staff who explained refreshments available and delay due to doctor in surgery. I was kept informed and told when my eta was expected, excellent costumer service skills shown by all staff.

I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.
