Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

It was my second time at the clinic and it did not disappoint with its hospitality and helpfulness. The waiting area was very spacious, with refreshments and magazines to keep ourselves hydrated and busy; the toilets were spotless; the staff made everything go swimmingly every step of the way. The GP who consulted me was competent, professional, efficient and open to all the questions I wanted to ask. The only negative remark I have to make is about punctuality – my appointment took place 10-20 minutes later than scheduled.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Appointment booking, availability and on-day handling is always super welcoming. They provide the very best, bespoke care for my complex needs. Their health screens are the best.
