Helpful and reassuring.

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

From our first consultation with Professor Kotecha we instantly felt a sigh of relief. That we was finally being listened to on our daughters ongoing problems. From that first consultation we knew our daughter was in safe hands. He was absolutely great with her and she especially enjoyed his magic tricks! Brilliant. One of the best doctors I've ever seen. Mr Rovira was kind, polite, efficient and knowledgeable, with a great sense of humour too. Likeable and built great rapport as well as reassured and helped. The clinic was great too.

Dr Dhillon was very reassuring and helped me feel calmer about my procedures. He has a very approachable manner and he listens intently to your symptoms and concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a gastroenterolgist.

Mr Ofo is a well seasoned and extremely pleasant Consultant ENT Surgeon with an impressive career. I immediately felt in safe hands when he walked me through the procedure and treatment to follow. I was able to discuss the risks of the surgery and he invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted, providing clear guidance and a lot of empathy. I am very grateful for his help and all went as planned. I have recovered sooner than I expected and am back at work.

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.
