I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Shilpa puts you at ease straight away and is easy to discuss matters with. She has a kind and empathetic manner.

Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

I have been seeing Giulia post surgery and she massively helped me over the past couple of months. She mainly used fascial release techniques and worked on the scars I have. The result is remarkable. I am not experiencing the pain I used to and I am really grateful I found her.

I encountered Dr. Nnatu during one of the most challenging times in my life, and I consider myself fortunate to have done so. His guidance was essential in helping me rediscover hope and direction. After a year of treatment under his care, I have fully recovered. Dr. Nnatu is not just an exceptional physician - he is an extraordinary human being. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of medical and emotional support. Very accommodating and understanding

Dr Walsh was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive in his approach. I felt very anxious entering my appointments with Dr Walsh but he did a wonderful job of making me feel at ease each and every time, and taking the time to understand me as a patient, making sure I felt seen and heard. Totally compassionate and insightful, with a heartening ‘bedside’ manner, with an expansive understanding and with complete focus and clarity on priorities. One couldn’t have been luckier than to have found her and that she is part of my life and a veritable lifesaver, with the bonus of having a marvellous and much appreciated positive approach attitude and sense of humour.
