Good and helpful staff

Appointment was on time

I was made as comfortable as I could be during my time at the hospital. All staff were great and listened to how I was feeling. Facilities were good and I felt I was kept informed off all updates about my care

Always great service disappointed though that I will no longer be able to come to this hospital as it no longer does choose and book even though I have been attending for the last two years I feel very let down

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Excellent. Only there one hour so not much to say

Have been to Wimpole Street several times and am very happy with how I have been looked after there. Always polite and efficient.
