I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Following extensive preliminary investigation and checks. Delivered exactly what was held out as possible. An absolutely focused expert specialist team. Thank you!
