Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating

This was an online session. Matt was very careful to check the form and level of the exercises to suit and stretch me. We discussed getting the balance right so as to be achievable and not off-putting. We have come a long way but this is still a journey

The facilities were clean, the layout of the rooms was organised and the staff were all pleasant, very helpful and professional.
