I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

Hospital and medical staff, and consultants, were highly professional and eager to assist. Facilities modern and are conveniently located close to public transport.

High end hospital.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Excellent experience

I had a relatively quick turnaround from my first outpatient appointment to surgigical procedure, which was excellent. From that moment the care I received from the surgical and nursing teams was first class. My subsequent stay in 15N was faultless and every aspect from catering to hour by hour care was professional and friendly. I stayed slightly longer than expected but there was no rush whatsoever to leave. Couldn’t fault it👍😀
