I found everyone very helpful and pleasant at every visit. Everything was explained thouout both operations, when I finally got the second operation. My only niggle is that the second operation was cancelled twice due to other cancellations. Overall a positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

The hospital is spotlessly clean with staff going to great lengths to prevent the spread of infection. All the staff are very friendly and inspire confidence that they are expert at what they are doing.

Jess was very professional and caring, Dr James was proficient with excellent A-sceptic technique, he was also thoughtful about my pain levels and went at the correct speed.

Very pleasant and efficient

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

My experience at the Spire was very positive

Excellent parking, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Medical staff have a lovely manner putting you at your ease. Makes which could be a worrying time much less stressful.
