Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly

Mary is an excellent and empathetic osteopath who really helped with my neck pain. She also gave me some excellent dietary advice and did visceral work on my abdomen which was hugely helpful.

Elisabetta has helped me to regain strength and flexibility after a tendon injury. I can definitely recommend physio with her at Bodyset Maida Vale. When I first started I struggled to get up the stairs. Every week when walking up the stairs to the physio-sessions I could see the progress I was making and am now finally at a stage where I can easily manage.
