I had a home visit for a blood test from Chiamaka, she was so friendly & reassuring. She was so pleasant to have in my house & to take my blood. Cannot sing her praises enough with how comfortable and ease she made me feel.

The clinic is ok although the Covid guidelines were not strictly respected in the waiting room. The reception staff is friendly but their client care could be improved. Dr. Melville, whom I went to see, on the other hand, is excellent.

Outstanding care unit. Everyone we encountered was efficient, skilled, and lovely.

Plenty of parking on side streets. Friendly receptionists. Nice office.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.
