My consultation with Lorraine was incredibly informative and reassuring

I had one RTT session with Elizabeth. I have been watching Marisa Peers on YouTube and have bought 2 of her books, however I felt I needed the help of an RTT therapist to expedite my recovery. After the session, I didn’t sleep well the night after the session. The next day I was still able to function and felt good all day (I haven’t felt good for more than 1.5 years due to a breakdown of a long term relationship and soon after that having to go through cancer diagnosis and treatments. The night after that I had a full night sleep. I woke up feeling really good and ‘complete’. It was a wonderful feeling. I felt so much love for myself and I feel so peaceful. I have never felt this way ever. I didn't feel any fear or guilt or bad about myself. I carried these feelings all the time even when I was seemingly 'fulfilled' and ‘happy’ with my long term partner (now ex) or on holiday or home abroad with my family and old friends. Those feelings were always there deep down. Listening to the bespoke hypnosis recording done by Elizabeth daily also helps. This lady was so lovely , excellent people skills , compassion I left there feeling not judged and this helped with my mental health best caring doctor I have seen ever and I've been to a few hospitals , I hope soon one recognised this lady work ethic brilliant credit to the health service

Dr Olver’s manner immediately put me at ease . She was very easy to talk to , spent time getting to know me and taking a detailed history of my health problems . She was also very informative, and gave me lots of options and explanations for treatment.

Dr Navani is always very clear and super sympathetic to my situation. I really appreciated that even though I am asexual, she did not assume I did not want to have children (conversation was brought up due to the blood test). This shows that she is respectful and non judgmental.

EMDR with Comfort led me to deep revelations about myself and my life has started to change because of this.
