I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

He was very welcoming and i immediately felt comfortable in the clinic. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every aspect of my back/spine in a way that I could understand while showing me the MRI scans. Recommended some supplements/products and showed me Amazon links so I could order and not have to try and find them myself which was really helpful. Would genuinely recommend him to anyone, luckily I did not require any further treatment but if I did I would’ve felt more than comfortable going ahead with him.

After being recommended, I decided to reach out to Colette for my own acupuncture to support my IVF cycle! Colette was truly amazing. She was professional and very caring, always communicated clearly and promptly about appointments, and was flexible when required. Mr Taylor is not only an excellent surgeon but also very empathetic. I went to see him in September 2023 and I was in intolerable pain. Within 2 weeks he operated and I woke up pain free. After 6 months I have full movement in my neck, the pain has not returned and my scar is barely visible.

Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.
