Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

Very good care

I had an excellent experience here and would 100% recommend this centre to anyone. The staff are not only professional but genuinely care.

I’ve always had a great experience with Nurify. I’ve seen two doctors, and have had fantastic experiences with both of them, they are clearly experts in their field and I have always felt in very safe hands. Attending the practice is always a pleasant experience and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the admin staff who are quick to respond and always willing to help.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.

We visit Florence Gardam at the clinic. She is a very knowledgable practitioner who offers a whole range of treatments for children with autism, delayed development, adhd and similar conditions. Our experience of the clinic is excellent.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.
