Receptionist is always friendly and welcoming. Appointments are always on time. Communication about appointments by e-mail and texts are always correct. A text regarding an upcoming appointment are very helpful.

I had no problems with my visits and was very much put at ease., as I am a very anxious person. Everything is being dealt with in the shortest of time.

My experience with Cultural Health Club Clinic has been an excellent one. My physio (Daniel) has a plethora of knowledge and is highly experienced. As an athlete himself he related to my struggle with being injured, he's approach is client centred. During each visit he would feedback progress he'd witnessed and then discussed areas we needed to focus on. He helped to build my confidence as a runner and believe my goals where possible. Securing an appointment was quick and easy, the staff at Cultural Health Club are friendly and flexible.

Again tremendous from start to finish. And excellent sandwiches!!

Hannah Hobbs looked after me on several occasions and did an amazing job sorting me out. As well as clearly technically knowing what to do and how to help me, her enthusiasm and positive attitude is very motivating and encourages one to do the necessary homework to get the results.

My experience with Bodyset has been very positive overall, the staff are so friendly, clinic is clean and nice, the mobile application has been very useful for me to keep up with my daily exercises at home between the sessions. Would definitely recommend!
