I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have found Dr Alka as my fertility specialist. From the moment I walked into her clinic, I knew I was in caring and capable hands.

Plenty of parking on side streets. Friendly receptionists. Nice office.

As usual all went super smoothly.

Overall experience was very pleasant.

Clean and bright rooms. Didn't wait at all and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating
