The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

Excellent facilities and exceptional staff

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

The doctors are excellent , extremely qualified , professional and ethical. They practice Medicine with great love and emphaty for their patients. The entire team , including Appointment attendants, reception , nursing and medical staff , consistently provide friendly , attentive and caring service . I highly recommend Messina Clinic.
