Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

As new parents with highly demanding careers, we got really concerned when our infant wasn’t making any eye contact and struggled to develop a secure bond with us. Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.
