Dr Mistry exceeded all my expectations. From my first visit I felt he genuinely has compassion for his patients. I was experiencing severe issues due to chronic insomnia. He made me feel at ease immediately and was very easy to talk to as well as being reassuring. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the most complex of sleep problems. Very accommodating and understanding

I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Pampaloni was great at listening to concerns and addressing each individual issue with a high level of compassion and care. She was able to advise GPs on prescription dosage to allow me to overcome hurdles in my treatment.

Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services.
