Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

Mark from Post Op Hime Physio got me back on my feet quickly after a hip operation. He built a bespoke programme of exercises to strengthen my muscles and during his home visits helped me build up my confidence. He pushed me to work hard but also to listen to my body. The experience was great and I was back on my feet very quickly because of the physio regime which I followed.

The facilities are great, and the clinic uses a digital platform to facilitate the communication and follow-up exercises. I definitely recommend it.

The Wellington Hospital is s first class hospital. The staff from the surgeon to the receptionist and especially the nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. A very good experience which fills you with confidence that you are in capable hands. I had major heart surgery in the cardiac unit and have made a very quick recovery. I feel sure a large part of this is down to the individual attention given to you by the nursing staff.

I was previously at Wapping but had to switch to Bermondsey as the physio, a female, left and I needed to carry on with a female, so they switched me to Bermondsey. I dont find the gym area at Bermondsey that great, it has a steep steps you need to walk down immediately on arrival. However, the room the physio, Martina, sees me in is fine and she is great.

an Gilham was recommended to me by a friend who said he was the best physio in London. I was sceptical but now that I've been to Opus and I've seen Ian I can only say that my friend was absolutely right. Thank you Ian.
