I had a great experience, I felt that the physio was knowledgeable and experienced and gave me exercises that were at exactly the right level. This was my first ever Osteopathy session and I would highly recommend. I was seen for knee pain and the therapist was quick to identify any misalignments and offer treatment to help the issue. A subtle but very effective treatment!

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Really pleasant professional experience. Physio was great. Location is just a little challenging for drop off as I have a broken leg and then its some navigation to get to the physio area. All manageable but there is no place to sit and wait which might be helpful (especially if you have a broken leg) and I would think a relatively easy thing to address.

Being a member of BUPA I had a range of clinics to choose from. However, having previously been a patient of PSM Bank there was never any question of me going anywhere else. They are excellent.

Aran really knows his stuff, genuinely cares about the recovery of his patients and will tailor his programmes to you.

Extremely good treatment with excellent results.
