The overall experience is excellent.

From the welcome at reception to the team of each procedure (scans, blood tests), the team were professional, kind and welcoming.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

Was worried about my 14 month old, but when spoke with Dr Chakraborti over the phone, he had put me at ease and was very helpful and very reassuring to speak to. Lovely doctor and amazing service provided by the staff at Doctorcall. Would definitely recommend.

The Wellington Hospital is s first class hospital. The staff from the surgeon to the receptionist and especially the nurses are very caring and knowledgeable. A very good experience which fills you with confidence that you are in capable hands. I had major heart surgery in the cardiac unit and have made a very quick recovery. I feel sure a large part of this is down to the individual attention given to you by the nursing staff.
