Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.
