I have reflected a lot on the difficult few years that we have had with our daughter (thankfully now well on the road to a full recovery). During that time, out of everyone that supported her, Dr. Mistry had the most positive impact. From the first meeting when he called out her eating disorder (a huge relief to me after fighting for the previous 6 months to get her help), his clear recommendation of inpatient care, his attention and care during her time in hospital and eventually her discharge to day support. I trusted Dr. Mistry fully from Day 1; he was always clear, professional, direct (but with compassion), entirely patient-centred and extremely responsive in terms of communication. When we were at sea, living in terror, his support and guidance were invaluable. I count ourselves very lucky to have found Dr. Mistry at that time of crisis. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

Dr Maier has provided excellent care during my period of illness and contributed greatly to my recovery. The reception staff at the Priory were very welcoming and professional.

Andrew Parker is an outstanding psychiatrist and I believe that his rapid intervention is one of the main reasons I returned to health so quickly. His consultations are thorough, and he has a friendly holistic approach which takes into account a patients emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. He is accessible at all times, and booking an appointment is hassle free. Rather than a pure focus on one aspect of recovery, Dr Parker discussed long term solutions for building mental resilience and well-being, resulting in a transformational effect on my mental health which I believe will last well into the future. I could not recommend him more highly.
