Adele has been my therapist for over a year, and I can honestly say she has saved my life. I was incredibly poorly, and with Adele’s patience, reassurance, encouragement and kindness whilst working with me using CBT and Mindfulness, I am now able to live the life I didn’t think I’d be able to.

I've been having 1:1 therapy sessions with Caroline over a long period of time and I can honestly say has been the best therapist I've ever had. She has done wonders for my mental health and has helped me learn to prioritise my health and wellbeing. Caroline is very easy to talk to and provides helpful hints & tips to manage my mental wellbeing. She has been a continual source of support whilst navigating life's challenges. After each session with Caroline I come away feeling positive and energised, ready to face the world!

The receptionist was always welcoming and the waiting area is well looked after. Wait times were always minimal.
