It was clean, well organised, staff were friendly

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

The Priory North London has saved my life! I have so much gratitude to every councillor, consultant, therapist, doctor, nurse, every ward staff member, catering, maintenance, the cleaning staff and receptionist. Each and every person has shown me such empathy and kindness. This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks
