My experience with Mr Matthew Sala was excellent. He's very calm, he's very attentive and asks the right questions. He had diagnosed my shoulder injury for which he did a thorough examination during our appointment. He doesn't rush - and I feel that he cares for his patients. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

He was reassuring, made me feel totally relaxed and reassured about the surgery. His explanation both before and after surgery, was thorough and most eloquently explained, not at all rushed and he afforded me his time to ask questions and gave me his undivided attention answering my questions. My whole experience with Mr Sheeraz has been exceptional from when I was first refered to now, over the past few year’s Mr Sheeraz and his team have explored every angle of my symptoms in order to determine whether a full knee replacement would reduce or completely remove my pain, after all of these were looked into it was determined that my knee was very worn out and the only path was surgery, which was carried out on 1/3/24 and I cannot thank Mr Sheeraz and his team and all who were involved in making my quality of life, pain and mental state so much better for it, I feel amazing even though it had only been eight weeks since my procedure my progress has been great and I’m looking forward to being totally pain free once fully healed. I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.

Good manner and explained in simple terms all that was going to happen, together with expected outcomes. 10 months on after a double hip replacement and walking out of the hospital unaided two days after surgery, I'm back to badminton, golf and five-a-side football.
