My experience here is always pleasant and on time. I do feel that the receptionist could be a bit more kind and just nicer by smiling or if not at least fix their tone of voice.

Well theirs the expectation that you should know where your going. Once up the lift no one to greet it’s very eerie feeling and very institutional going through the white corridors lacked art and colour no warmth it’s like al emotiveness is not there in that building

Everything was explained clearly & advice given on how to prevent further risks of skin cancer. The skin cancer nurse was very knowledgeable & friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities and food were amazing.
