A breath of fresh air after leaving an NHS facility.

Was fine. Had my records mixed up, but receptionist helpful and friendly.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.
