Martina was excellent - very kind, professional and thorough

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

The Portland Hospital was outstanding and how my son was taken care of left me at ease that he was in safe hands. All members of staff were kind and approachable and above all very professional.

Mary O'Leary sorted out the pain in my back and neck. She was caring and thoughtful and went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is having spine, or joint pain.

Excellent - clean and friendly

All staff were helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere is calming, Everywhere is extremely clean and tidy. Overall my experience has been perfect and i couldn't wish for any better, Especially considering the taking on of LTC patients. Which i am one of. Everyone was very reassuring and explained the changes currently occurring.
