Dr Singh asked a lot of questions on my symptoms, and then was very honest about my situation. I really appreciated that he didn't give me any false hope of full recovery, but still made it feel like we had a good sequence of solutions to try, so that I could at least see an improvement. I was absolutely delighted with my session with Dr Adam Friedmann. At 53, my facial skin has noticeable dark spots and patches from the sun and age. Dr Friedmann took the time to patiently examine these and to explain the possible causes and the options to reduce or eliminate the dark spots. He clearly told me one of the treatments is not likely to work on some of the spots and suggested a topical cream. He then treated some spots with cryotherapy, with a follow up review in 4 weeks. As Dr Friedmann has warned me, there was a slight stinging sensation on the treated skin which lasted only 3 or so hours. I am particularly impressed with Dr Friedmann's honest assessment, recommending the correct and best treatment for me. The clinic is in a great accessible location and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. This clinic is highly recommended if you are looking for a professional and friendly service.
