Great. Staff professional and friendly.

A very well organized department with caring staff

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Excellent Time after time

Overall very positive experience, given I was there for major surgery (ELCS). Attentive and thoughtful staff. Good food, comfortable sleeping arrangement for husband, room could have been a bit bigger/ better laid out.

Excellent hospital. The staff are careful, friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to ensure a comfortable stay for patients.
