Jeremy is a very patient and kind man. His sessions always started with a choice; carrying on with our plan or addressing whichever issues I was facing at that moment in time. It's very useful to have a structure to sessions. His video calls always started on time and I never felt like an inconvenience. He has really helped me to contextualise my thoughts and feelings over the past few months.

I felt very at ease with my appointments with Jana - she was firm, fair and supportive which really helped me overcome some of the issues I was experiencing. She provided a safe and secure environment to talk.
