Upon results, he explained with great level of detail all possible pathways to address my health issues, both on traditional and natural courses of treatment. I went to see Miss Di Marco for an enlarged overactive thyroid. Miss Di Marco took the time out to listen to my situation and after our discussion I had every confident that I was in good hands. Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
