Amazing and first class.

I owe huge thanks to Mr Alnajjar for seeing me through a serious/urgent medical condition. He arranged my initial appointment/scans and also did a biopsy all within days. On receipt of results he operated one week later and has followed/monitored my recovery in the 3 months since. He explained everything along the way clearly, calmly and professionally, is absolutely charming and has always been available when I have had concerns. I am so relieved that I came to see him and thank him most sincerely. I highly recommend Mr Alnajjar

Despite my diagnosis Professor PS made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. He explained everything fully and in simple terms. He advised on both preparation for, and post operation. Both credible and reliable PSs level of confidence was very reassuring to me throughout; he always did what he said he would do which is very rare these days. Thank you Dr Persad. After several serious water infections I was put onto a catheter with an anticipated 18 week waiting list. I was very concerned about the long term effect this would have on regaining normal bladder functions . As a result I decided to pay privately and was referred to Dr Persad. A Rezum operation was discussed, but after Mr Persad did a more detailed examination he suggested a Bladder Neck Incision operation. This has completely transformed my future prospects. I now have a better flow than for many years and am able to empty my bladder well. Thank you Dr Persad for diagnosing and performing the best procedure. I am catheter free which is enabling me to enjoy a healthy and active future

I’d recommend Dr Castiglione without any hesitation. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and also has a very calm, reassuring manner. He is also genuinely sympathetic and caring. I feel extremely fortunate to have been treated by him.

Mr Muir has a great bedside manner, he explained clearly and thoroughly what was happening and was incredibly helpful
