Medical attention very good and profesional

I initially came to the Lister for some fertility tests and was then referred to Mr Faris with a suspected ovarian cyst which ultimately required laparotomy surgery. Overall my inpatient stay at the Lister was great and I felt very well looked after and supported, both pre and post surgery by the whole team.

My appointment was smooth and reassuring

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Excellent hospital. The staff are careful, friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to ensure a comfortable stay for patients.

Absolutely exemplary, care and treatment by Professor Ralph and all his team, and from all at the ward. I was so apprehensive and concerned going into this journey, but from the very first consultation with Prof Ralph my mind was put at ease and I kew that I would be in the most capable and competent care, and this proved to be the case. Now at Post surgery I look back at the procedure and cannot fault the quality of care at each and every aspect and touch point from pre to post op. A life and well being enhancing procedure carried out in a truly faultless manner. Thank you.

Nothing to note

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

They respond quickly to enquiries, All staff are professional, polite and helpful.

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.
