Efficient and helpful

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

I can’t highly recommend London Gynaecology enough. I was extremely well looked after and felt at ease thanks to the high professionalism of the staff. Everything was explained clearly to me which gave me comfort, along with the friendliness of the staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.
