Pleasant and helpful reception. General air of efficiency.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

Lovely experience

The appointment went ahead as scheduled. The various test results were explained to me. I was impressed by the thorough nature of the tests undertaken and the next steps were clear.
