Very friendly and helpful

There were dirty used cups all over the waiting area. Someone came with a trolley to clear the coffee machine area but left the dirty used cups on the tables for the duration of my visit - most odd.

All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Mr Kapoor gave me great confidence in his view of what the treatment plan needed to be.
