The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

All perfect I was assisted by a team of great professionist and kind people.

Had an excellent experience with Prof Imam. Thorough examination and diagnosis. Happy I did not need surgery and all is well. Highly recommend.

Exceptional hospital and exceptional care. The nursing care is truly excellent, very attentive. The consultants, our surgeon who performed the MIDCAP Surgery was outstanding. He explained everything to us prior to surgery. He instilled confidence and I did not feel worried at all.
