The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

From the moment I entered the building (feeling somewhat apprehensive as I was there for an operation under GA) I felt reassured and welcomed. A member of staff (a nurse I think) who I saw arriving just before 7am made me feel welcome immediately, and explained where I needed to go. Every member of staff I met during my stay was caring, kind, empathetic and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The theatre staff were reassuring and kind. The Consultant anaesthetist explained what would happen, listened and distracted me effectively. The surgeon listened to me and answered my questions. He explained what would happen and what to expect in the coming days post operatively. All the nursing staff were truly wonderful. They were empathetic, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot thank the nursing staff enough. They listened to my concerns and were reassuring and gave knowledgeable explanations to my questions. Thank you to you all.

It was a great experience, with quick and easy access into the hospital and clear guidance on where to park and enter the hospital from.

Very little wait time and staff helped us with mobile phone that needed charging to show the Doctor MRI scans on the phone.
