Very easy to talk to and easy to follow

Very good experience. Mr Loughead was extremely professional and explained the treatment clearly, he visited more than once following the surgery to ask how everything was. At the review appointment Mr Loughead had a caring attitude and was interested in progress.

Incredibly professional, very efficient and went out of way to make time for me. Keyhole surgery on knee recovered very quickly with no complication and almost invisible to eye. Could not have gone better and enjoyed having Prof Bhattacharya as my surgeon.

From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

Very professional. Most importantly really knows his stuff. I have physically suffered due to poor consultants who don’t know their job properly. Mr. Chatoo is not one of them. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who values their knees
