Good and helpful staff

Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.

Great place efficiently run service with good availability of appointments

Excellent in every respect. Only visited for a short outpatient appointment.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

It provided excellent patient care.

An early evening appointment so it was very busy, staff were helpful both admin and nursing.

The Curam app was easy to use to upload information required. The approval meeting was very useful and Rhyana showed me how to use the app to apply for positions and what to do for invoicing, etc. A very positive lady.

The clinic was friendly and clean, and offered an efficient service.

I have seen Marta de Oliveira for pelvic floor Physiotherapy for a couple of times and I can say that was super helpful all I have learned with her. I am now pregnant and not having to deal with the issue I had in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone that has pelvic floor issues. She is extremely professional and friendly.
