Just Excellent every time.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

I have seen Marta de Oliveira for pelvic floor Physiotherapy for a couple of times and I can say that was super helpful all I have learned with her. I am now pregnant and not having to deal with the issue I had in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone that has pelvic floor issues. She is extremely professional and friendly.

The clinic was friendly and clean, and offered an efficient service.

Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.
