Easy to find and helpful staff

I was very apprehensive about the whole thing about having my cataracts removed as my mum had a really bad experience All the people at Optegra put me at my ease and were very friendly and helpful I don’t think they could have made it any easier for me. I am very grateful to them all. It’s amazing Thank you 🙏🏻

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
