It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

It's been very easy to book - the girls have been so helpful via call/email and Dr Humble was great at explaining and carrying put the treatment. So happy with the results. I had botox in my shoulders and pain I'd had daily for years was gone!

I have never needed at home cate/treatment before but Hemmen who looked after me was simply exemplary in his care, punctuality and provision of treatment. Being a memebr of the medical profession someone has to be excellent to impress me

Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

I have used this facility on several occasions over the years and have no negatives experience.
