I am only a few days post-op from gynecomastia surgery, and after just six days, I can’t believe the results I see in the mirror. I feel an incredible boost in my self-esteem. Choosing to see Dr. Nurein for this surgery was the best decision I have ever made. Staff on reception were not the warmest, or friendliest but were OK!

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Staff were friendly, I was booked in quickly, have no faults with my experience there.

Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.

Clean, efficient and superb care

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.
